And we likely won't be able to trust it until the day dawns when the ruling party recognizes that even a glorious ruling party like the Chinese Communist Party needs an opposition.
Of course, beyond having an opposition there is the Cloud Cuckoo Land of actual alternation in office with that opposition. Imagine!
