Steyn: Four More Wars

While many ’conservatives are tiring of the War on Terror, Mark Steyn rings down Full Speed
Ahead to the engine room. And he understands why people are a little leery of President Bush’s
inaugural speech compared to their continuing praise for President Kennedy’s call to “pay any
price, bear any burden” 44 years ago. When Bush says “It is the policy of the United States
to seek and support the growth of democratic movements and institutions
in every nation and culture”
they think he means it.
And they are probably right.
